Co-founders Chad Sullivan and Larry Boggis established Priveon in August of 2005.  Since then, the company has grown to support customers globally, with an engineering team that represents some of the most experienced security consultants in the industry.

Chad Sullivan - President & CEO

As a founder and co-owner of Priveon, Inc.  Chad continually assists customers of all sizes and industries plan and implement more effective and efficient security infrastructures.  When not directly consulting with customers, he continues to share his knowledge and research through various seminar and keynote speaking engagements as well as more informally through his blog and twitter posts.  Chad is a triple-CCIE and EC-Council Certified Instructor as well as the author of several books and articles.

Larry Boggis - Executive VP & COO

Larry Boggis is a founder and co-owner of Priveon, Inc.  Larry has over 25 years of IT and industry experience with an emphasis on Security, Networking and Unix/Linux Systems.  It is this history of working directly with product vendors, reseller companies and for end-user organizations that gives Larry the perspective and insight to understand complex customer challenges and to identify services and products that combine to provide technical solutions that work.  Larry has successfully designed and implemented multi-vendor entrprise solutions for many Fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies.

Prior to establishing Priveon, Larry was a Security Consulting Systems Engineer (CSE) at Cisco Systems for 8+ years.  There he worked directly with both Public Sector and Enterprise customers providing solutions to security and network challenges, consulting and design services, and hands-on product and solutions testing.

Larry is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #4043) and holds many other vendor and technical certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Randy Crews - Director of Operations

Randy Crews is a results driven operations director with over 20 years experience managing multimillion-dollar projects, teams up to 150 and budgets exceeding $300M while assuming full responsibility for profit and loss, project management, team building, R&D, technical infrastructure planning, and cost containment.  Randy's experience includes consulting in enterprise, service provider and department of defense contracting environments, overseeing IT operations, strategic & technology planning, marketing, financial management, directing customer support, and ensuring the on-time delivery of business solutions with a proven record of success using new products and technologies to solve complex business problems.

Prior to Priveon, Randy held Senior level management consulting positions such as Network Engineering Manager with Lab Corp Inc; Regional Practice Manager for Converged Communications at Dimension Data; VP of Network Services at PVA Inc and President of Compendia Solutions.  Randy was also an officer in the US Air Force and has held a Top Secret government clearance.
