Now hiring both entry/mid-level and senior level Network Security Engineers:

The primary role of the Network Security Engineer is to plan, design, implement, audit, optimize and troubleshoot network security solutions and products for our rapidly-growing customer base.  This includes providing subject matter expertise, consulting and knowledge transfer around specific technologies, solutions and products.

The Network Security Engineer will work with various Priveon customers to implement network security solutions primarily focused on NetFlow Analysis and Security Monitoring (Lancope, SIEM) and policy enforcement solutions (Cisco, FW, IDS/IPS, NAC, 802.1x, VPN).  The individual will consult with Priveon customers while working as part of a delivery team and/or individually as the delivery lead. The individual will provide Priveon customers with technical and best practice guidance, hands-on configuration, deployment support, product training, and project management support.

The position calls for an individual who understands business operations, information technology and security. The successful candidate must have demonstrated leadership specific to technical information security issues as well as an understanding of business processes and regulations. High level communication skills are essential to successfully translate technology and security requirements into business terms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engineer and implement solutions on a wide variety of data network and data security elements
• Provide on-site and remote project support of network security, analysis and monitoring solutions, services and products
• Perform project management functions for customer engagements, including, but not limited to, project scheduling, project tracking and status/completion reporting
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Work efficiently with customer support team to solve customer issues
• Lead internal and customer facing meetings both via telephone and/or in-person
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Your previous experience will include:

• Strong working knowledge of Security Services, Networking, Security Policy, and Consulting
• Proven experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools including L2/L3 network devices, Network Admission Control (NAC), 802.1x, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN Solutions, Web Application Firewalls, Content Filtering, NetFlow Analysis
• Industry / Vendor certifications
• Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
